A "Moon Vacation" is a HoneyMoon, an AnniversaryMoon, a FamilyMoon, a FriendshipMoon, a Babymoon, a WedddingMoon, etc. Basically any all- inclusive vacation where you want that "extra little something specical that is almost undefinable.
We deliver that "extra little something special" several ways:
1) We research all of the resorts we send our clients to. While it is almost impossible to see every resort we sell, we strive to do just that. We reserach internet fourms where clients, like yourself, post their experiences on their vacations. We also get feedback from all our clients after they have returned from their vacations. If we receive bad feedback on a resort, and the resort does not take action in some sort of way to recify the problem, we no longer recommend them. You may be able to book the resort with one of our competiors but sorry, you can't book an unacceptable resort with us. To be honest, our reputation means more to us than a quick booking at place where the client can't come back and say, "I was MOONSTRUCK!"
2)The booking process is unlike any other travel service in our area. You will see that we do not post hours of operation on our fan page because we are available 24/7. We are a mobile travel agency which means we come to you instead of you coming to us to book your "Moon Vacation". Don't come home from work until later in the evening? That is okay. We can meet at your home anytime of the day or evening. Would rather not invite us into your home until you got to know us better? That is okay too. We can meet you anywhere (Starbucks, Panera, the Food Court in the mall, etc) to book your vacation. We also can provide this service via email and the phone.
3) Lastly, we want your "Moon Vacation" to be special from the time you book your vaction until your return home. If you have an unexpected delay in your flight plans, just contact us and we will make sure you still have the services you paid for. If you are traveling with a group to your "Moon Vacation" or Destination Wedding, we would even be happy to escort your group to ensure everything runs smoothly while you are at resort. Heck, if your group is large enough you won't be charged anything additional for this service. It just as important to us as it is to you for you to get "Moonstruck"!!!
